Power can come in many shapes, forms and sizes. Some say that money is power. Others say that knowledge is power. Therefore, I can assume that money is knowledge. By the way, have you heard the story of Joseph yet?... that's for another day. But in so far please enjoy my list...
Building something, for example, me building this website, is power in and of itself. Only sometimes do you get paid for it, though...
However, on the other hand, having the asset that you have built provides power/influence in and of itself.
Listening to music, finding music you like... Just the joy of music in general can be empowering or power itself.
